We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue, or other reasonable concern. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a refund will be provided.

We aim to display our products, colours, measurements and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings or manufacturing.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Soli & Deo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
